"Cons: Hotel allows pets. Room had cat/dog hair all over the floor and on an upholstered chair. Ended up with hair on my clothes. Immediately had problems with allergies. Hotel in a very active and loud neighborhood. The windows do not stop the sound. The neighborhood was noisy until about 4 am (Fri, Sat). The hotel does provide ear plugs which are necessary. "Good afternoon. I am writing to notify expedia thaf my recent stay at the Hotel and the City had an issue w/ rodents that we did not notice until the morning of checkout. We were in NYC for NYU graduation and were quite busy only using the room to dress and sleep. I woke up the next morning and found mice droppings on the pillow and table next to me. we left quickly.
