"We never made it to the room. I pulled up and left my nephew and mother in the van and ran into the office to check in. When I came out there were 3 men looking into the windows of the van. They walked off when I came out and got in. Then a 4th man came of walked by and looked into the windows as well. We did not feel comfortable so I turned the keys in and left."

"Housekeeping, had apparently used the restroom, number2 and didn't flush. The floor wasn't swept very well. No way to keep outside lighting from coming through the windows. Told staff about the toilet , was told I'm sorry . No coffee in the room, and when we went to the lobby, the attendant was not available. So, no coffee from the lobby either."

"The room was very hot when we arrived but it cooled when we turned the heat off. Of the three lamps in the room only one had a light bulb. When we called the desk the person my husband talked to told him to walk down from the second floor at the far end of the building to get light bulbs. When he refused they did bring the bulbs to us. We did not realize when we booked that it was and old motel with two floors and no elevator. We were in the back of the building on the second floor. My husband is 80 with breathing problems and I’m 77 with lymphoma so as you might imagine getting our luggage and ourselves up the stairs was very difficult. The beds were comfortable and we did get a good nights sleep but again we had to carry our luggage back down the steps So all in all it was not a good stay and we will never return to a Days Inn again! "

"Room was not clean or taken care of. Mouse droppings on top ledge of shower, toenail clippings on edge of bed frame, and more. Would not stay again. "

"The establishment was very good given the relatively reasonable cost compared to other hotels in the area. We were fortunately given a room on the 1st floor that allowed us to back the car right up to our room - very convenient for loading and unloading. If we had been given a room on the second floor, that would not be the case as there was no elevator or luggage cart. It would have nice to have had an ice machine on our side of the building. The breakfast offerings were rather sparce, but it was more than I expected and the coffee was good. The hotel is also very convenient if you are travelling on I-20. It is also conveniently located near some good restaurants."

"Hotel was undergoing some renovations. Rooms seemed recently udated. Standard King Room was very nice- especially the bathroom. Very large shower with glass doors was a nice update. Very clean. The staff at check in were not very friendly. They were not rude or disresepectful, just very flat. We booked 6 rooms for a group and did not receive a thank you at check in or check out. Probably the only time in 50+ hotel stays in my lifetime when I could say that."
