"This was a very nice place. What we loved about this place: we didn't have to pay for daily parking, we didn't have to pay daily resort fee, we didn't have to pay daily amenities fees. We didn't get an outrageous bill when our stay was over.
We love that it is in walking distance to John's Pass. Will I book this place again, you bet!

2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans."

"I really regret not checking out and reading about this hotel, it was not a nice experience since hotel was not clean, Elevator was not working. Ice machines were not working. We needed to go through the stairs to the 4th floor to get ice. I’ve stayed in Motel 6 motels that were in better shape and cleaner than this place. The only good thing was been right next to the beach.

Breakfast menu outstanding! Pool was closed due to renovations ,one of the elevator was not working , there was not sign posted that elevator was out of service . Got stuck on 7 floor coming down to the lobby, elevator doors will open and closed but elevator won’t move from the 7th floor . An employee said they were having issues with the elevators and that the elevator company was called however...
