"Staff at reception were helpful and respectful. Angeles, a front desk clerk was extremely accommodating to our vacation needs. She was able to move us to a different room when the first one was not to standards. The second room was clean and had a partial view to the beach! The hotel had an amazing view to the beach!!! The proximity to walking distance restaurants was amazing and worth while. The restaurant “Mar y Vino” had amazing staff, beach view and sunset, food was delicious and well presented. Highlight of a trip! For breakfast, Kaiser Maximilian Espresso Bar, we loved a restaurant on the premises, Pueblo bonito restaurant with live music. Coffee break after a walk on the beach around the corner, next to Cafe de Olla. The emersion of the culture around this hotel is a reality. We were there for 16 de sept. “El grito“, Mexican Independence Day parade by local students and Naval with their huskies. If you are there for the culture this will be the center of it all."

"I absolutely loved staying here! I was a little hesitant at first after reading previous comments about noise, but thankfully, I didn’t experience any issues with noise during my stay. The studio was beautiful, clean, and very well kept, with plenty of great lighting that made the space feel bright and welcoming. The only downside was that there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided, so I had to purchase more twice during my stay. Other than that, I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful stay!"
