"Breakfast was unappetizing and not representative of past Hilton stays. Our room was in no way fit to accommodate 4 people. There was no closet, minimal drawers and barely enough room to walk at the end of the beds. Diane at the front desk was AMAZING!! A lone bright spot in a week of frustrations at the hotel!"

"Checked into a tiny room the three of us for the two beds.Stepped out for the day only to return to a Hot room, broken A/C and flooded floors from the block of ice that formed in the rear of the tiny refrigerator. Had to change rooms after midnight and move all of our unpacked belongings after a long day."

"Stayed here for a girls’ trip. Food and drink were good, Service and staff attitude were inconsistent. Some were very helpful while others had to be reminded of various requests. The grounds were nice but the website photos made it look better. The pool and rooms were misleading, outdated and disappointing. Very family oriented with lots of kids but TV channels were spotty and no option for streaming. Few shops and options within walking distance for restaurants, bars, etc.. "

"The hotel had a great location near the beach, like 5 minutes driving. Its clean, good breakfast, the only complaints are about the bathroom ventilation which needs to be more efficient. "

"The breakfast was good if you ordered whatever you wanted but took forever to come. Also the breakfast buffet didn't have much variety and no gluten-free bread unless you asked for it. Also huge problem with elevators, they took forever to close the doors and to arrive at your floor. Even though it wasn't busy."

"The motel was exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. It was on the beach, a stones throw to restaurants, bars and convenient stores and had fantastic stretch of boardwalk/sidewalk for morning exercise. The owners are wonderful, offering a good morning and asking how things were with the room. We are looking into a longer stay at this lovely motel. Thank you for two wonderful nights/days in Pompano, FL.🌹"

"This hotel is disgusting its dirty roaches, bed bugs dirty floors dirty linen prostitution in their rooms people in and out all night with prostitutes. I had three children with me ages 4/5 and left the next day due to horrible conditions. i contacted the building manager and explained the conditions, and they told me to contact Expedia for my refund for the days i was not there 3 nights they denied my refund and i cannot get in contact with anyone Expedia did nothing about the deplorable conditions of the hotel but its a motel and not a resort do not book this motel its is nasty "
