"We had a good two days stay during our family trip to Fort Lauderdale. There was very little light in the rooms. The breakfast options were limited, including one day when there was only meat options for omelette despite their being other dedicated meat. Specifically, I find that not to be inclusive for people who do not or cannot eat meat. Also, there was no label available for the bread with respective food allergens. They should try to do better with respect to these problems around their breakfast as there are people who do not eat meat and have food allergies, respectively. Location was pretty good."

"A 4 minute walk to the beach at this price range was top notch. The pool area was well maintained a lot of lounginh space underneath gazebos."

"I would give them 6 stars if I could. The staff was awesome. Brittany, Daniel and Raymond at the front desk absolutely saved my trip. My return flight was cancelled for 2 days due to bad weather and they went to great extents to keep me in the hotel, so that I did not have to go somewhere else- even though my current room had already booked out - as I was supposed to leave on Monday. All of the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is very upbeat, the waterfront views are amazing and the food at their restaurant was excellent. The rooms are very clean and modern. Very close to the beach. I liked it so much that my wife and I have booked an extended vacation with them coming up. Highly recommended."

" Run down, it’s more of a hotel where people live than where you should stay. I asked for a hair dryer as the rooms are not equipped with them, and o was told by the staff member that it was the 2nd time in her 5yrs of employment someone asked for one and that the hotel didn’t own any. If you are staying without a vehicle (we flew in) you will need to urber to any shopping areas you wish to go to as nothing is close by. "

"Room was very clean. My coffee maker and curtains needed repair. Pool chairs and other outside furniture very worn. Pool itself looked clean but pool area is very unattractive so I never used it. No plants or decor. Just the beating sun. I didn’t get entry instructions but someone did answer phone in middle of night and help me get in. They had sent them to Expedia but I used Hotels.com; not sure if that was the reason. There appears to never be staff on site. One has to search for public entrance to get to ocean. Not a direct walk. Both north and south about 1 block on the main drag and you can find entrances. Hotel is not near any food or shops. Ok if you have a car. Not great if you do not. Hotel located about 0.5 mi north of the main beach area with the pier. I know one room was locked out (lock broke) and waited 2 hours door get in. Another room had terrible cockroaches. I thought that I got why I paid for. Next time I will pay more to have a better location. "

"Nobody got back to me about the code to enter the room. I finally called at ten minutes after 4:00pm and was lucky enough to get a real person who finally gave me the code. No hot water and the microwave worked intermittently. I called several times and left messages and nobody got back to me. I had no issues with Hotels.com"
