"Stayed here and my child was injured by an exposed metal spring on the pull out couch mattress. They replaced the mattress but it was so thing and uncomfortable. I was told by staff at the front desk that a manager would call me and comp the room (he called the manager while in a meeting). I called a week later and the manager claims he knows nothing of what I'm talking about and said they have to talk to the employee first. No apology, nothing.
