"I wanted to love this hotel. But, it’s poorly renovated and shabby. The bed was fine and the shower was fine. There was rust and black (mold?) along the bottom of the shower. Our AC was broke. In Florida. They sent someone to fix it. We had a miserable night. The next day they sent someone to replace the whole unit. Everything was almost nice. It was $500 a night for just okay - almost not okay. Don’t regret it - won’t be back."

"This is a dishonest listing. I did not end up staying here because the address was a public boat ramp and there’s no disclosure about that until you attempt to check in. "

"We were on a family trip, and it was truly wonderful thanks to the location, clean rooms, very helpful staff, affordable bar prices, and good breakfast. An excellent stay."

"Trying to get our room clean everyday was a struggle. For the amount of money they charge we shouldn’t have to ask at 3pm. Staff on FaceTime but the last day woke me up knocking on the door to see when I was leaving to clean. Awful!"

"Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Way too much money for what it’s worth. The room was very small there was no ice at all on the property. It was hard to communicate with anyone to get extra towels or clean towels. Also someone popped in the pool and it took them all day to clean it and when they did clean it they didn’t add chemicals to the pool to sanitize it. I can see now why this is a one star hotel"

"The room featured new floor tiles and a renovated bathroom. However, a very strong musty odor, furniture in poor condition, and mold on the bathroom tiles made it unappealing. We couldn't stay there and found 5-star accommodation for a difference of only 15 dollars."

"Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer ."
