"This is a dishonest listing. I did not end up staying here because the address was a public boat ramp and there’s no disclosure about that until you attempt to check in. "

"Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists."

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. "Hopefully this is not publically posted, but there was blood on my pillow discovered next morning, bugs in the bathroom light. No hot water (at least at the sink?), the door is not sealed so all outside noises are heard as if the door isn’t even shut and finally, I couldn’t even lock the deadbolt from the outside.
