"The room was fine, but we hadn’t expected to have to walk up stairs to get to our room in a three floor facility. Although it was only a half flight, it was inconvenient. Also, breakfast was not included in the price. There was a good breakfast available near by."

"We only stayed one night, so we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the hotels amenities. However, we received a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The grounds and property were beautiful, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags. The entire property was very clean and there were incredible views of the water and golf course. Looking forward to returning!"

"Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed."

"My family and I were in Maine for a long weekend. We have stayed here before and had good luck. Our room and bathroom were clean and the water was hot for showers. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were put at the end of the hallway right across from the elevator so we heard the elevator all night. The second thing that we didn’t like is that there was a concert going on and the concert goers were parking in the hotel lot. Once we got back from dinner and the beach there was no parking...

"The rooms were a bit outdated and breakfast was very poor. They ran out things to eat so quickly that guests were waiting a long time to have food to eat. Staff was very nice!"

"The hotel’s location is a real plus — close to the airport and about 15 minutes from downtown. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by management. At check-in, we were offered two complimentary drinks for myself and my partner. A few days later, we were told the offer only applied between 5:00–6:30 PM and were asked to pay instead — a restriction never mentioned at check-in or noted on the card we received. When I raised this with the General Manager the next day, I found them...

"I booked a bundle through Expedia. The booking was for a queen studio however I received a 2 bedroom efficiency. It was lovely. Quiet and so comfortable. Had a little trouble with the card keys so used the key on the app which was smooth. Parking is very efficient."
