"Parking lot was like a massive tailgate party going on, kids running out of control running across entryway to parking. We almost hit them coming in. Parents standing around not paying attention. We told the reception and they already called security, she also told them not to run around the parking and nothing changed. Never saw anything like it at a hotel and will never stay at this Best Western again."

The not so pros: the toilet was not seated correctly so it wobbled whenever you sat on it and the AC did not really work (it ran but there was no way to adjust it) - we did tell the front desk on our first day and it was not fixed by the time we left 3 days later; there was a fire alarm on our second day and it was clear no one knew exactly what they were doing. "I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable."

"I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....
