"Asked the guy at the desk for a pack and play for my little, I got the paperwork signed everything and went upstairs. My husband put it up and realized it was all completely broken and our son couldn’t sleep in that. He took it back and explained what was wrong with it and said it was not safe for any child to sleep in and the guy said that it was all they had at the moment and he had other things to do so my husband would have to wait. "The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up."
