"The facilities and room were very nice BUT the road noise was very pronounced, which made sleeping difficult. We were informed as we were checking out that only the first two floors have had their windows upgraded to reduce that notice. It would have been nice to have known that when we checked in so we could have requested a room on those floors. If you decide to stay there, definitely ask for a room where the windows are upgraded."

"Overall, the Orchard Hotel was definitely worth the value. For the price I paid, I was very pleased with the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the room. The room was spacious, and clean, and the bed and pillows were especially comfortable.
The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very responsive to all of our needs and requests.
My only reservation is that the hotel’s decor and overall design feel somewhat outdated. The rooms and common areas have a more...

"The hotel has a calm atmosphere when you walk in. Arturo in the front desk is excellent, friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the hotel’s history as well. Lily in the restaurant is lovely and very efficient. The breakfast at Roots restaurant was a bit pricey but it was a real breakfast, not the complimentary crap so many places serve. We would happily stay here again."
