"I booked a room with a balcony I didn't get. The bed mattress gave me severe back pain. The mattress is unbearable hard. No one speaks English. Smell of sewage throughout. Dirty pool area. No English TV channels. Coffee terrible undrinkable. Breakfast basic. Nothing great. Didn't order food. As wasn't sure who was cooking or if they were a chef. No shelves in bathroom to put anything. Echos noise all night from reception watching TV. Nice shower, towels.Close to some shops, beach, cafe and...

"I enjoyed staying here. We are backpacking and not wanting to spend too much but we had our own rooms, a kitchen, laundry, and free breakfast everyday. The rooms were clean, shower warm, we had air conditioning which was a bonus! The staff communicated very well with us and made our stay comfortable, I would recommend to others. I did have earplugs which came in handy as we were near a mosque and the chanting was loud at around 4-5am. "

The location is very convenient, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. Breakfast and overall service are excellent, definitely above expectations. "We were very happy at this hotel which was modern and contemporary.We were allowed to use the sauna and hammam while we were there which was included in the price and free.Extra services like massage and facials etc has to be paid for. The breakfast area was very modern too and the breakfast was very good with cereals, turkish coffee, diluted juice, yogurt, cheese, sausages scrambled eggs, fruit , biscuits cakes etc& coffee.
