"As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. The person who checked us in barely spoke to us and wasn’t very welcoming. When we got to our room, it smelled musty and moldy, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We would never stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone!"

"Location is fantastic, but the parking is in the back above the cottages. If you are mobility challenged, this is an issue going back and forth to the car. There are a lot of steps from the parking area and down where the cottage is. you are walking distance to the whole downtown area (watch out for the sidewalk in front of the Brown County Courthouse, it is in terrible need of repair if you use a walker)"

"This B and B sits just outside of downtown Bloomington, just 5 minutes from the main attractions. We have stayed here twice for the Lotus Festival and really enjoyed it. The breakfast offers a variety of healthy options, as well as bacon and eggs. The rooms are spacious, and the beds have been very comfortable both times. We will stay there again, and can recommend it to travelers."
