"First class staff and wonderful breakfast."

"Room was cleaned every day with lots of clean towels provided. Parking was always very easy and very accessible at any hour. Wish breakfast hours could be extended just a bit as I often found it difficult getting to breakfast given the early hours. Also, lighting in accessible bathroom continues to be dim. Recommend that light bulbs be changed if possible to provide better lighting as that has been my experience for past few years."

"The price of the room per night was on par with a lower-tier luxury hotel ($390/night), but did not match that offering. Upon checking in and getting into our room it had an odor that never went away, the shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain did not properly enclose the tub, the door looked like someone had tried to break it open by the deadbolt with a knife from the outside (wood visibly chipped away), and on the inside of the door the peep hole had tissue paper stuffed into it."

"The property was well maintained and it is managed very well. For me and my wife, it is the perfect property to stay, because we attend the Tangelwood Festival in Lenox. We always enjoy a vacation club or timeshare rather than a simple hotel room. This way we can fix our own meals or go out and feast on some of the restaurants in Lenox and the Berkshire mountain area."

"Very nice coffee set up in the morning. Staff was super courteous and helpful. Most of property is updated although carpeting and rugs are tired. Location is great, very convenient to Tanglewood and restaurants. Parking is onsite and more than ample. B"

"The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel. There were people arguing noisily outside our room for about an hour before midnight while we were trying to sleep. Street traffic noise was very loud starting at about 6 in the morning."

"Our stay was wonderful. The full breakfast had several delicious choices and was presented beautifully with fresh flowers and linens on the table. We stayed in the carriage house and appreciated the large communal sitting room with refrigerator and microwave. My husband swam in the pool and commented how very clean it was. We discovered alot to do in this area and plan to return. Very convenient parking too."

"There were no amenities but breakfast, which was absolutely adequate. The staff was very helpful, parking easy and the room was comfortable with good showers. The water pressure needed some help and a hair dryer would have been helpful but all in all the location made up for it."

"Quite comfortable Beds"

"Very disappointed. The shower drain was completely clogged. We called the front desk and they came and pulled a huge hair ball from the drain. Clearly it was not maintained. The room had no extras and weird design. E.g. the faucet at the sink was hard to control. I paid an excessive amount for this room and there wasn’t even free coffee in the lobby in the morning."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Room was nice and clean, had shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer. Bed was pretty comfortable. Definitely not bad for the price. Would stay here again."

"The motel is a little dated, as was our room. The room and bathroom were clean, and although it was a non-smoking room it definitely smelled of cigarettes."
