We were only there for one night so we Bailey stayed there for 17 hours, but we found the room very comfortable The bathroom was very upscale and fairly new. The bed was comfortable. The management was very friendly. Great place to stay as a stopover but probably great for a longer stay.

Hello it was husband and I anniversary and our stay was wonderful the ambience decorations was top-tier. Our room was clean. Temperature was perfect fireplace was really cozy. The only negative thing I would say was the food and the hotel was overpriced and the taste was underwhelming.

Stayed here for overnight after seeing a show at Tanglewood. Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, well-run. Although we didn’t have a chance to use it, they have a cozy bar/restaurant/lounge area. Breakfast is offered but not included. Extremely convenient location for Tanglewood and any other activities in the Lenox area. Very good value. I’d stay there again.

Clean comfortable room set up, bed and bathroom. Very welcoming staff and loved to common area with complimentary hot and cold beverages available to guests. Outdoor patio with gas firepits lovely place to gather with friends and other guests. Great location for guests with plans to attend a concert at Tanglewood

Location was great! We loved the new addition in the front, where the reception area was, as well as restaurant and bar area, and library. Also liked the fire pits and outdoor seating. Rooms themselves were very basic and motel-like, and rather dark, but they did have nice bath products (shampoo, conditioner and body lotion). We didn’t realize there was also a room darkening shade on the front window, so the first night we just closed the curtain, which was see-thru! Staff was pleasant, and coffee was ready bright and early.

We loved our stay and would return! The bar/lounge area is lovely and inviting. Super location to get to Lenox and Stockbridge. The rooms are motel style which isn't ideal and there are stairs/no elevator. Next time I would request an "even" room so as to not face the highway. Plentiful and easy parking.
