"Did not get the room I booked. Barking dogs all night in another room. Slipped on the uncovered, unsalted parking lot after it snowed and cut my knee up. Was then charged $20 for getting blood on their towels. Front desk not friendly."

Breakfast was horrible, very low selection, cream cheese was frozen, no fresh fruit, only one waffle maker. There was no enough stuff, same guy from reception was working the cafeteria "

"Lots of things were great. Non warm breakfast was ready at 4am. Pool was perfect 88 degrees. No hair or other surprises in our room. Staff was nice, helpful. We enjoyed our stay"

"For one the website states vending machines and free continental breakfast under amenities. They dont have either. The bed was hard as a rock, mattress was nasty!! The sheets did not fit properly which then exposed the mattress. Also had to listen to a dog bark most of the night. "
