They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed. Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city. Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this. "

"This was a great place to stay. The amenities were excellent and clean. Didn't do the game room, but it looked nice and the gym and pool were clean and quiet. The staff was very nice throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, the attendants had the area clean and the food was good. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"From the moment we checked in the staff was helpful and friendly. We ended up leaving an electronic device in our room and I immediately got a cal from the hotel manager, as the housekeeping staff had promptly brought it down when they were cleaning our room after our stay. I would highly recommend this location!"

"Toilet in room wouldn’t flush properly. The stopper that lets water from the tank into the bowl didn’t close and when it did it wasn’t a perfect seal so it was constantly draining water into the bowl. Overall the bathroom was not dirty but it didn’t feel clean either. Bed was comfortable but two couldn’t comfortably watch tv in bed. Pool was nice, smaller than it looked in the pictures. Overall the hotel got the job done the point was to have a bed to sleep in while in town for work "

"Bad start when they charge $5.00 for parking. Who doesn't drive to a hotel? Talk about nickel and dime. The room was very nice with great amenities. The couch, however, was a joke. Hard as a rock. Not comfortable to sit on at all. The TV table stuck out by the bed awkwardly. "
