Expedia: 2-night stay changed to 1 because of personal health circumstances. No refund or credit offered. Based on long relationship with Expedia and expense, I had hoped for more consideration. Response from Hilton in bold below. Please advise if at least partial refund is possible.

Thank you for reaching out about your reservation and I do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the hotel is not able to issue any refunds as this was paid through Expedia and they would have to issue the refund. I recommended reaching out to them in reference to the request and if you have any addition questions or concerns don’t hesitate to reach out.
