"Over worn rooms, loose toliet seat, broken towel rack, scuffed walls & worn furniture. Weed smell in hallways & seeped into room. Bed was clean & towels smelled ok, but very limited amentities. Fridge was not working properly. The hotel served it purpose for a stay but not sure if i will stay there again."

"I have stayed at this hotel for the past four years, which makes it especially disappointing to say that the property has gone downhill significantly. The room was very unkempt and not properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture and lamps, the ceiling and bathroom vents were filthy, and even the safe buttons were so dirty that we did not want to use it. The drying towel looked like a rag because it was torn. There were several other cleanliness issues as well, but these were some of the most noticeable. The hotel is also very dated and in desperate need of renovations. For the last two years, we were told updates were coming, which influenced our decision to return. Even though the renovations had not yet happened, we still booked because in previous years the hotel was always kept clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. It also seemed there may be staffing issues, as on the days housekeeping serviced our room, it was incomplete — towels were missing and the bed was not properly made. After four years of staying here, I will be looking for another hotel when visiting the Philadelphia area again. Very disappointing decline in standards."
