Service and hospitality by all staff was amazing, they all make you feel welcome and go out of their way to accommodate and they are great with kids. The only concerns are: The buffet breakfast is limited. There is only a small selection but its decent. The walking distance to the main part of sanur is a little walk. Some along the highway They do not run a room tab. You must pay as you use the restaurant or any amenities."
