"The staff at the desk were on their phones every time I passed by and in 4 days, only one time did anyone look up and say hi. The cleaning crew puts the latch in the door and goes in and out several times letting the door bang on the latch, that got so irritating every day. Other than that it was a great visit, the place was very clean."

"Did not feel safe in the area. The restaurant was not good. The manager refunded half of the meal. There was random bits of garbage in the hall. And the crackheads coming up on and bothering people infront of the hotel entrance on the hotel property. The garbage cans in front of the hotel were overflowing. The room was nice, but the river view wasn’t appealing and quite gross. "

"Rooms were nice. The food options were not great, we were expecting the upper level restaurant to be open. They had it on their website and on the TV guide in the rooms but went to top floor and it was closed permanently. All we had was the bar or the lobby restaurant that was not suitable for kids and way over priced."

"I will try to summarize my experience: terrible. Check in took 40 minutes because front desk staff did not know what they were doing. No hot water (lukewarm trickle of water). Bathroom door didn’t work. Horrible."

"The door lock was broken, I could not lock it from the outside. I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry". I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but the hotel only agreed to 30% which is better than nothing, but really not enough to convince a client to come back. Disappointing."

"There was no spa. Room smelled like cigarette smoke very bad. No amenities. TV Screen was cracked in 2 places at the bottom. Drawer on nightstand was broken. One lamp didn't work. The outlet that it was plugged into came out of the wall.The sheets and blankets had cigarette holes burned into them. Awful, awful experience. Under no circumstances The "Gazebo and BBQ area" was the shambles. The BBQ was literally a park BBQ welded to a car rim, welded to a metal pole. Never under any circumstances would I return. "

"Halls smelled like pot. Room had an odor that you became accustomed to. Room was clean. Bed sheets were clean, bedspread had cigarette burns. Bathroom was clean also. We found the bed very uncomfortable. Not our worst stay at a motel. We were looking for a less pricey motel that would take our dogs. Pet friendly was their selling point and they delivered there."

"The hotel itself has seen better days; the facilities and rooms are a bit shabby, but I must commend the helpful staff. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast—as a visitor from Europe, I’m used to a somewhat different standard. Although the room was shabby, it was clean and tidied regularly. There is plenty of parking. I have a minor complaint about the laundry room—you need cash to use it; you can’t pay by card 👎 Overall rating—don’t expect luxury, but functional and clean rooms at a relatively decent, fair price."
