"This place is AWESOME. The environment just elevates you. Everything has been remodeled; I can tell they hired interior decorators to transform this place. Breakfast was good, and the gym has all the essentials. The customer service is also top notch. Lorenzo and Pedro at the front counter were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it."

"Loved the space in the room; having a full size fridge and microwave was very helpful as was the dishwasher to keep all of the provided plates/bowls/cups/utensils clean. Everything was spotlessly clean-from our room to the common areas. "The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful."

"Some of the staff was helpful, not all. Breakfast sucked, I have stayed at a Hawthorn in OKC, and it was the best! so my expectations was the same. I had talked about the Hawthorn hotel so much and said it was good, and recommended it to my family. I was so embarrassed, and disappointed. it was not what it said online at all, dallas location was not it for us."

"The bedding had stains on it, and was dirty, the bathroom needed sweeping and the tiles were falling off the wall. The ceiling was coming down. The stay was unpleasant that night because of all the noises you could hear. The reviews I read said nothing of this. The pictures I seen were of nice rooms in a nice place. All I can say is that its out of date."

On the surface that is visually everything looks nice, but if you looking beyond the surface you will see clearly all the things that aren’t in plain sight. The amount of money charged to book needs to be less until complete repair, renovations and upgrades are made.
