"Hotel was clean, big room. Hotel communicated prior to our stay to inquire about any needs. Traveled with our dog so appreciated the hotel being pet friendly with no extra charge. Hotel is 20 minute drive to downtown Halifax and close to a lot of stores."

"The bathroom could have used a good cleaning. The hallway to our room had not been cleaned the entire stay (7 days). Breakfast had no variety and baked goods were stale. Fortunately the staff were nice."

"I stayed here for one night while attending a conference. The lobby and room looked recently updated and were very clean. The smart TV worked great. We were a bit uneasy about having a room with and outside door, but the woman at the front desk was very reassuring and she was right, we had no issues and it was a very quiet night. I didn’t see any issues on the property or in the area like what other reviewers mentioned."

"I had a wonderful stay at Halifax Tower Hotel. The property is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is excellent. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was absolutely awesome, with a great selection and delicious food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Halifax. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth staying here at least once!"

"When we first arrived (one hour before check-in at 4:00), the staff were unorganized, unhelpful and did not appear at all concerned about the guests. The staff consisted of students with very poor customer service skills. At 4:00, a more welcoming student arrived and got us checked in. Excellent apartment with four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with kitchenette. No AC, but fans were provided. Very clean and comfortable, quiet in the evening. About 10 minutes from downtown...

"Les décors dans l’hôtel et la chambre sont très originaux et beaux. Les jeux offerts à la réception avec un cocktail de bienvenue , le café le matin et les jus frais d’avis l’après-midi sont très agréables. Nous avons adoré les jujubes et les petites grignotines. Il manquait un peu de rangement dans la chambre, mais sinon tout était très bien!"
