"The room, premises, staff, and facilities were amazing. Absolutely top notch! The restaurant food was really nice. The only slight negative was that the room was a little too warm with the temperature sensor set to the lowest setting. The spa was brilliant, we used the gym, sauna steamer and pool and all were clean and well looked after. It’s a hell yeah from us!!"

"Lovely hotel off the beaten track with countryside views from our room and the restaurant. We were in the newer part of the hotel and rooms are really generous in size and added bonus of French doors which you can open unlike a lot of hotels now where fresh air is impossible!!! "Good value hotel about a mile from the city centre. Doors are all combination so there is no worry about losing the key. Room had to be reprogrammed but the staff did this quickly and cheerfully. Very helpful and welcoming."

"La collocazione è perfetta, con una passeggiata in un verso si arriva in centro, nel verso opposto al Newport Transporter Bridge. La struttura è nuova, pulita, sicura. Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno! L'unico aspetto che rivedrei sono le pulizie: bisognerebbe che le stanze venissero rifatte, se non proprio quotidianamente almeno ogni 2 GG...per brevi soggiorni ok, per quelli un po' più lunghi inizia ad essere un disagio! Per il resto perfetto!"
