"This apartment is spacious, light and airy. The bedrooms are a good size. The terrace is nice. Information from host regarding check in was good. Read a few reviews regarding the upkeep of the property and it’s a shame nothing has been done. This property could be fantastic if some money was spent on it. "Really lovely apartment finished to a high standard. Location is great for enjoying all the best of central Windsor, and the local food scene is excellent. Recommend on street parking - the offered private space was right under a tree and holly bush that is home to a few bats - they really covered my car by the morning, very hard to clean! Also, despite the numerous fans provided, the apartment was unbelievably hot so can’t be recommended for hot summer days/nights. Highly recommend this...

"What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided. "It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "Kitchen cutlery was dirty, whole flat was dirty, dusty, we were sneezing soon as we arrived, complained and was moved rooms but was still dusty. Mites on sills, dirt in units. Area is awful no amenities close by. Emailed staff who did email back, then I called kept putting me on hold eventually asked to speak to manager. Car park bays are tight someone damaged our car.
