"This was a quick stay for me but unfortunately I was put in a handicapped unit that I did not request and the people staying in the room next door to me were very loud and up until very late at night. The room was clean though and the bed was comfortable. Shuttle was a big plus. Staff was very helpful. "

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water.
The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible.

"I love their breakfast, they have a good variety of different options. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was after paying my deposit n paying for the room separately; I was stopped like I was trying to steal for grabbing breakfast. I had a breakfast voucher, but when I checked in no one mentioned I needed to show staff this. So of course having someone stop you n ask “ did you pay for that” really makes me feel really small.
