"Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. "

"Staff was amazing, very considerate. I was placed in room 108, and I’m thankful for how easy it was to navigate and load my belongings from the car to the room. The room was very clean, 2 things to point out, was a quarter sized stain on the blanket & the entrance/parking lot was not plowed at all. Pillows were very comfy, bathroom was clean. "I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! "

"It was a basic hotel, nothing fancy. It was fairly clean. The beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but what was there was good. "

"There was no buffet breakfast! Unusual, they should not do that. They were only taking order (only for warm item), nothing in that list for me as vegetarian!"

"I found my stay to be a tale of two different stories. The room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny. There were stains on the walls and a pillowcase. The bed was comfortable. The elevator didn't work. The courtyard was very nice and the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Overall we were satisfied with our stay, but perplexed that some things were so nice and others not up to par."

"To start off the staffs were very nice, and friendly. My complaint- door was broken, when we first used the key it worked but then it stopped working and the workers couldnt fix it until the next day when we left for a little bit. Very inconventient because we had to keep bothering them to manually open our door. And it wasn't just one room, both room door did that.
