It was with disappointment that I read your feedback in regards to your recent stay at The St.Regis Beijing. We, as a St.Regis Hotel has always taken great pride in the recognition that our staff receive in regards to the service & quality they provide. But, at the same time I was saddened to read the various shortfalls that you have experienced during your stay.
