Hotels.com did not mention any deposit, yet I was later contacted on WhatsApp asking to transfer money, which immediately felt suspicious and unprofessional. The room was unbearable. "Immaculate, spacious and elegant decor. Plenty of room comfortable beds. Location and the epic sea view. We had a complimentary fruit basket and sweets provided for our arrival.
