"I would not stay here again simply because of the hotels lack of customer service. After giving our room to a couple checking in (after we had already checked in earlier that day), then on the phone trying to misplace blame stating “I don’t know why you’re even in that room”, they never even apologized for the mix up. Then the very next night my daughter got stung by a wasp in bed. When management was notified and I request a clean of the room and for the staff to assess the room to evaluate potential entry points, they refused. I let them know that when the door shuts completely there is still a wide gap between the door and the frame and they still refused an assessment and clean of the room. I finally asked them to simply change just the one set of bedsheets since my daughter was traumatized and felt there could be more wasps in the bed, and their response was “you can take the sheets off and bring them here and we’ll exchange them for clean ones for you to make the bed with”. The second night we also notified the front desk that the TV upstairs was not working even though everything appeared to be plugged in. They said they would talk to the maintenance guy and let them know. Nobody ever came or followed up. The beds sink down in the middle, there are no elevators to get to your two bedroom suite on the second floor, the downstairs bedroom remained hot while the rest of the unit stayed freezing. The breakfast was decent although there was no variety. "
