Friendly staff, easy check in, and short walk to interesting things. Great breakfast options and nice relaxed atmosphere in bar/restaurant area. Only negative would be the sofa bed in family room was not very comfortable and certainly not really big enough for two growing children!

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet but very close to lots of restaurants, pubs and just a couple of minutes walk into the city centre.
