"We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. "Clean room, comfortable beds, convenient location, kind staff. Regarding reviews about location, most travelers know Belize City is a jumping off point to get to the islands, one nights stay is sometimes required for connecting flights and water taxi. "Triggerfish was great. We stayed one night transitioning from Caye Caulker to flying home. The pool was wonderful to lounge in on the provided floaties. We were able to walk to a great restaurant for dinner. The breakfast prior to our departure was perfect."

"There was a staff member there that was very rude to us upon checking in and when my family and I wanted to go out and come back in, he refused to move his vehicle for us to park. We cannot park on the side street so we wanted to use the parking lot at that point. I had to contact the manager. We were supposed to be provided breakfast. There was none. I don’t think I would come back here when I’m in the city again."

"In the US, a bed and breakfast always means breakfast is included and we didn't notice that breakfast was for a fee.. it didn't bother us at all but just so everybody will know I thought I'd mention it ... The breakfast you could get was not at all expensive and it was delivered right to your room.... The one staff member we met was extremely nice and extremely helpful... Kudos to him, he was great."
