There is a guard at the gate all day and night which made us feel safe. They offer a pool and a cafe that we didn’t explore much because we were so busy exploring the island but I would absolutely stay here again. "

"The staff are friendly and eager to assist you with anything you need. The resort is very far north of town and the ride is not easy. The beach was unusuable due to Sargassum. We were there for 3 nights and only once did we see a couple of young men trying to clear the beach but they made ZERO impact. The smell is awful. The accommodations are dark and dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bath second floor unit. My kids said the smaller bedroom was like a prison cell. Very dark and bland and yes, there was a window. The master bedroom King size bed had an extremely soft foam mattress that I could to sleep on. I swapped with my son and slept in the prison cell. Haha The restaurant was OK. Breakfast was good. Lunch was meh. Never had dinner there."
