"Heater at room #274 wasn’t working, temperature was 67 F. Not good for a room of $250.00 with two cold and raining days. I asked for a repair but the answer was because the Summer started the heater was shut down. I never heard about it."

"Four years ago we stayed here for the first time when we moved our granddaughter into college. We continued to stay here every time we visited her at Lasell University. This trip was to celebrate her graduation, it was bittersweet because we knew we wouldn’t need to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made every visit a wonderful experience."

"First time staying at a red roof inn and honestly it wasn’t horrible. This particular location was convenient and wasn’t bad for a 2 day stay. Only thing we had to complain about was our bathroom. Bathroom had a few unclean-able stains and the toilet had a tape like sticky substance on the seat. Other than that, our actually bed and room was clean. 7/10 overall."

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

"Room refrigerator cycled on-off with loud buzzing during "on" cycle. Old container full of food found in microwave. Tub faucet missing hardware, tub drained clogged so that there was about 6 inches of water in tub during shower. There was dirt in the corners that had been there for years. In general the property looked old, worn with no concern for aesthetics, deep cleaning or maintenance."

"This was an excellent hotel and I plan to stay there again whenever I am in the Boston area. Staff was friendly and professional at all times. Room was clean and highly maintained during the three days I stayed there. Overall great place to stay."

"We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. The hotel staff were very helpful with the questions I had before and during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic...

"The staff was fine, check-in was fine. No room cleaning unless you asked for it. Trash stayed in the hall until the day shift. The room clean. The breakfast was standard Fairfield Inn turkey sausage, eggs, nondescript pastries from the local grocery store. The shower was great. Sadly the wrong size door had been installed and the door seal was loose. My wife, 38 year old son and I were in Walpole for a funeral. "It was overall good but no air conditioning we ended up sweating the whole night and if i had known i wouldn’t have paid all this. also there is no cold waters provided to you. it was good but definitely not what i had hoped for."
