She was very helpful and super friendly throughout our stay. Everyone we met on staff was very kind. The full breakfast included with our room was a real plus for us. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Again, special shout out to Rachel and her team!"

Staff goes out of their way to greet you help you during breakfast and when you need extra towel. Location of hotel is perfect right in the middle of shopping restaurant and all. "Really loved Staying here. Staff was excellent. Jameson is very good at his job as is everyone there. Rooms are on smaller side but bed is huge and very comfy!! I had a view north of the Charles River and MIT. It was very cool! Will definitely be back in the new year!"
