"Room cleaner (who cleans bathrooms and toilets, among other things) broke the seal on an unopened box of pastries I purchased and satisfied her hunger. It makes me wonder what other unauthorized snooping activities regarding our private property are taking place when we leave the room.
Many of the workers at the property did not appear to speak English, only Spanish. It made communications a bit difficult."

"My stay was okay. There was a lot of traffic noise heard from my room since I was along Tamiami Way. I had some issues with my AC cooling during the evening and there was no hot water in room towards the last day of my stay. The hotel was pet friendly but everyone I passed with my two doodles the front staff seemed to have an attitude problem. I like to add my dogs are well trained and did not make any noise.
