"The room was clean, staff didn’t say might, we asked for pool towels but they didn’t give us any even though they had a really nice pool. BR was ok only hot items was waffles. WiFi was ok. My problem was no live person at front desk/ no hotel manager to check in with . It was all a person from India sitting at a screen waiting to talk to you. Lots of the check in and check out was on my cell phone texting. The man on the screen verified my info.I had to give them a copy of my drivers license and I had to step up to their web cam so they could verify it was me from my license photo I gave them via text. They printed off info about the hotel and we received 2 room keys that came from below the screen. Very impersonable. I was not impressed was a bit offended this hotel could not have a live in person manager to greet us."

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The highlight was definitely the pool area—it was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax and spend time together. Our room was conveniently located within walking distance of both the pool and the lobby, which made getting around the property very easy. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room comfortable throughout our stay. The shower had great water pressure and worked very well. We were also pleased to find that the bedding and room were clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a nice time."

"Elevator stoped working and since part of our group were 67 and 70 years old they were unable to get to their rooms. The staff had o no answer and no options other than just wait until is fixed. Location was ok Don't look closely for cleanness...the sheets were clean but there was dust in the closet and cabinets. Breakfast was ok, but definitely there's room for improvement."

"Staff was very helpful, kind, willing to help get around and do much more. BF was nice, I love a toasted bagel with cream cheese but they have many more choices and the coffee was great too! Very clean room and WiFi was helpful. I loved all the extras. Since our room faced the deck and dock. We saw a dolphin one morning an alligator another morning and other guest were catching fish because they provide fishing reels and I think they provide lures. Also kayaks, water boards and floats and shell sifters too! A nice little hot tub as well. Great place we want to come back to Latitudes again!!!"
