"This is my second time staying and it never disappoints. Very close to the center of the historic downtown area. The property is very well maintained. Staff is always very welcoming. They were very helpful in explaining the laundry room machines and how they operate. Staff always greeted me when I entered the lobby. The room is very clean and has plenty of room. The kitchen has full stoneware and utensils. All of the appliances worked. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area...

"We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour."

The staff seemed bothered that they had to talk to customers.Breakfast food was terrible. french toast stick not cooked, sausage was terrible. The toilet broke in the room, maintenance did show up and fix it in a timely manor. We killed 2 palmetto bugs and ants in the room. In past years we really enjoyed the...
