"Room smelled like weed. They had a motion sensor light in the room that turns on every time up move at night. Not helpful for a sleeping family."

"I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"

"The staff are very personable and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We love how the room Is organized. There is a sitting area, a desk with a chair on wheels, a big TV, black out curtains, lamps and tables on BOTH sides of the beds. The coffee pot and mini frig are located in a cabinet with doors that close. There is place to lay the suitcase for convenient access. There is a thermostat on the wall to control the temperature. "The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice."
