"The staff loved our 2 dogs and were respectful of them. Every staff member we interacted with were so friendly and Ed the manager was a gem. He is the nicest guy. The property could use some updates with some paint on the walls to cover some of the stains but we were still very happy with our stay. We stayed 11 days this time. Yes this is our second time staying there and every time we travel to Watertown this will be our motel. Thank you for having us Ed! "
"Property needs work from the rooms to the hallways and gathering areas. We stayed two nights. The bed was comfortable and clean but the detailed cleaning in room not perfect. The hallways and stairwells were dark not adequate for light. Parking was great. There were chargers for electric cars, but those remained empty. The coffee was OK - breakfast: we didn’t eat there, but it looked adequate. overall I’d give a two because the place needed so much work and there were seem to be a shortage of staff. I chose the Ramada because it was less expensive than where we normally stay so we saved money, but I’m not sure we would stay there again."
"Wonderful staff, pleasant, helpful. We had access to free water daily, cookies in afternoon and free parking. Hotel was clean and beds very comfortable. The property is aging. When turn on bathroom fan sounded like airplane engine. Microwave sounded like in its last leg but worked fine. Overall good stay."
"The hotel rooms smelled like cigarette smoke although there was a no smoking policy.
The room was poorly lit, complete lack of lighting and light switches were poorly placed.
Bed was very hard, and pillows were outdated and lumpy.
It was a place to sleep for the night but won’t stay there again."
"The breaksfat was ok but not the best. The waffle maker was good and the batter excellent. Few items were available.
Rooms clean - beds were hard but clean."
"The room was relatively clean except for the stains on the sheets and the leftover soap with hair on it that was from previous Visitors and leftover shampoo. It was gross..
There was no hot water. I left the water run for 6 minutes and it only got Luke warm.. so no shower for me. I left at approximately 7am rang the bell for service but no one showed up so I left. "
