"Great location. Walking distance to all the major sites and markets. Very attentive and service friendly staff. Breakfast was good ... try the hot chocolate. Room was spacious (we had an apartment). Valet parking was appreciated ... otherwise we would not have found a parking spot. Stayed 5 days and loved it."

"The location was great! It was centrally located but the room was totally quiet, even when it was busy just down the street. The room was comfortable, with a lot of seating options. They secured us an airport shuttle for our very early flight, which was amazingly convenient! The only drawback for this property was the shower, which had very low water pressure and little hot water. "

"The Manager at this property, Luca, was extremely helpful during our stay. He did all that he could do to make sure we were happy with a with a great attitude. Our room had a unique music theme including a lamp made out of a French horn. It was very cool. Thanks again to Luca! "

"The room was great. Plenty of space and it was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well. I really liked the space in the shower as I’m really tall and often in places in Italy it’s hard to shower. The host was extremely helpful regarding how to get around Palermo. You’re not very far from the train station nor are you very far from Quattro Canti where many restaurants are. I would love to stay at this property again."
