"Very clean room, however the mattress on the right bed is worn. Mattress on the left bed is fine. Breakfast was good except for they ran out of decaf coffee I waited 1/2 for more that never came. Also the tea bag selection was empty. I realize they were very busy. Breakfast room was full."

"This is not the first time I stay at Brookstreet but this time it felt that hotel is becoming worse.
The towels are old and worn out, they need to be renewed. The curtains do not all close properly in my room.
For some reason there are paintings and drawings of naked people almost everywhere you go in the hotel even inside the rooms."

"I have been staying at Residence Inn off and on for many years.
The rooms had always been clean and welcoming.
The staff are although very professional and have been helpful; yet there is that personal touch that makes one, and in my case having stayed at Residence Inn for many years, i came to feel like family.
I have stayed over the years at about 10 different hotels and the breakfast at Residence Inn is second to none.
Of course, the kitchen is off limits."
