"The property has a lots of positives but if you've got mobility issues it's probably not the best choice. They're unable to guarantee a parking spot so its a gamble about whether you can get one or not. Lucky enough to secure one of the few disabled spots but the closest lift had 4 stairs up and 4 down to the lift. Luckily my Mum has a walker and not wheelchair as not sure how would've managed otherwise. But overall the signage was poor and no real direction from staff. Would look for other...

"Stayed in2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. After showering in over bath shower the water retained in the bath making conditions very slippery to get out and the water remained in the bath for a few hours very slowly draining away. I considered this somewhat dangerous to use because of the slippery bath. The second bathroom hand basin did not have a plug and again the water was not draining.
