Very clean and modern with a luxurious feeling. Well priced. Efficient service. Great car park. Very quiet room with no street noise. A very, very comfortable bed. Very clean and bright first impression...to be able to check in late was a bonus... The check in was very pleasant and took no time at all... My partner & I enjoyed our stay that much we booked another night...we requested a late check out thinking only one hour extra but was given 2 hours extra... Definitely we will stay at the Novotel Preston again

I enjoyed my stay. It is well priced. The staff were helpful. The only challenge was using the laundry facilities. Some washing machines and/or dryers were out of order. Understanding the operating instructions was not easy. The laundry area needs a good clean up.
