"The hosts were excellent, responsive. The rooms were clean and well appointed and maintained. The included breakfast was fantastic with far more food than we could eat and it was all delicious. My only complaint was the A/C was not working in our room, and it was pretty warm for September. Our friends across the hall said theirs worked great and their room was very comfortable. There is parking and it was safe off the street for a small extra fee, about a 5 minute walk from the property."

"Alina was the manager/host and amazing as were her staff. Always friendly smiling and helpful. Place was perfect. Safe, spotless and great location. From the airport you can take the Alibus for 4 euros pp and it stops right across the street. It only takes -5 min or so. I highly recommend this hotel. Also good breakfast with as many cappuccinos that you can drink made fresh and weather was great so we had breakfast on the terrace. At night not a sound was heard!"

"Great location, large room, amazing staff! Only some music noice on Saturday night from the surrounding bars and restaurants lasted till 2 am. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but make sure to ask for earplugs if you’re staying on Saturday! Everything else was great!!"

"La chambre était très confortable et le logement se trouve au coeur de la ville donc très pratique pour se balader à pied. Par contre nous n’avons vu personne, ni pour l’accueil ni pour le départ. Tout s’est fait par téléphone et message du coup c’est assez impersonnel. Attention il faut absolument avoir un accès internet sur son téléphone pour entrer car l’ouverture des portes se fait par un lien internet."

"Lovely hosts and staff. Host communicated check in instructions very early. The bed was VERY comfortable!! The bathroom was clean and nice as well. Also AC in the room was nice for those who prefer AC. The breakfast options were very nice for the price. A variety of cakes, yogurts, and some cereal with both soy/regular milk. We paid at the property and they do not take card, so make sure to have cash on hand. The only feedback I have is that it was very noisy early this morning (around 7am), so...

"Rob and Christina are brilliant. Rob is a great chap. Affable, considered and considering with a generous heart and stupendous taste in music. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the good, the bad and the rip off in the vicinity; straying from his wisdom is inadvisable. He and Christina have anecdotes aplenty, and Christina in full flow is a sight to behold - a sister cat - her eyes glow. "Hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Communication prior to arrival and check in was excellent. We arrived a bit later than expected, and we were greeted and taken care of by Marina. The hotel staff even arranged airport transfers for us. We stayed in a studio, everything was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend if staying in Catania!"

"Amazing hotel. Lives up to the reviews we researched before our stay. The staff are very helpful and the food is very tasty if you choose to eat at the hotel in the evening. A few things to be aware of: 1) it’s not close to lots of other bars and restaurants so expect to drive or take taxis to get about to the main towns 2) the two restaurants near the hotel were both enjoyable food but I would be careful of the bill - we were overcharged both times. 3) make sure you ask the cost of the taxi...
