"The hotel is in a fantastic location. When we got to the hotel it was difficult to get in. We weren't given a code. When I messaged the hotel I didnt get a response for 4 hours. We couldnt hear on the intercom and it took us multiple trys before realizing there was a small door in the large door that pushed in. Other guests were able to direct us to the third floor to check in. This all made ot very safe. The room was standard. The bed comfortable, the pillows nots so much. No view. Only a...

"The taxi cannot bring you too close to the hotel because it is directly on the Piazza,however it dropped me relatively close. The front door was a little difficult to find. The room was small but beautiful and had everything I needed. I even got a beautiful night picture of the tower since I only had to go to the front door to take it.The beed was very firm, and I slept great on it. The walk to s.Rossore train station was difficult with heavy luggage and a little difficult to find."
