"Good points:
The location is good.The city is compact, so it's easy to get to anywhere.
The room was quite spacious and the ceilings were high, giving it a luxurious feel. It was clean, and the bed mattress was comfortable. The shower water was hot, and there were no malfunctions with the other facilities.
The staff were polite and punctual. It was also nice that they could store my luggage after check-out and let me use the restroom.

"Excellent location close to station and Florence’s historic and exquisite sights. The room was beautiful, very spacious for 4 and filled with light and very modern and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful, I would stay here next time I am in Florence."
