"The location was EXCELLENT. Not even 2 blocks away from the cathedral, very central lively and nice neighborhood. Staff was very attentive and the service was great. The room was perfect and the bathroom too. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence."

"There is no staff on sight after 2:30. That means navigating entrance to doors, 2 gates and 2 more doors to gain entry. The place is smelly and dirty. Internet worked well and the location was good. It was not a good place for a family."

"Great location and the staff communicate very well via the ap and WhatsApp. We had a mix-up in reservations with flights etc. This hotel was easy to deal with. The location is close to the Vatican, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. Great spot!"
