"Overall our stay was great but will never book online again. When i reserved online on 3/14/25 I specifically listed we would check in Monday 3/16/25 and check out 3/17/25. I even called to ensure this was listed correctly (had received an email stating arriving on the 15th but was ensured by whomever i spoke to, it was listed as checking in Monday. But when i checked my email (as we were getting ready to head to the hotel) received an email asking about our stay. I contacted the hotel letting them know i specifically asked if this was listed correctly and was told it was but now finding out it wasn't. I was told they would correct this but i would be charged $20.00 more since i was originally charged a Sunday charge. Since this was part of my granddaughters birthday i said fine as long as they had a room. I also stated to make sure i was not charged for both dates. Now i see an email listing we stayed Sunday to Tuesday ( which we did not and were told this was getting fixed). The hotel itself was great and the grandchildren enjoyed but really need to improve their reservation ptocess. Would have been easier just to call the day of or just showed up and hope they have a room. Will not trust reservation process anytime soon, especially online!"

"The hotel itself is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. Breakfast is good. Beds are quite firm (a little hard for some of us). The location is good except that it's located near train tracks. Woke up 3 times because of train noise."
