"What a great home base to visit Pittsburgh! The location absolutely could not be beat -- easy walking to the river, the cultural district, the strip. We had such a great time exploring the city. "They had to move us to a different hotel because the elevator was out in the press house. We stayed in the Williams and the experience was awful. The room smelled like someone was hiding trash in it, that on top of being moved further away from the parking I pre-bought was incredibly frustrating. We got in late so we didn't want to have to move rooms either."

"Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. "

"The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....

"The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "
